VENDORS
The booth should be tasteful and appealing so people want to stop and observe your
products or services while adding to the Miami auto experience.
CONDUCT
show Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Participants are
expected to conduct themselves in a civilized, non-violent manner. Violence of any
kind will not be tolerated, if any take place the person or persons will be escorted off
the premises. Law enforcement officials will be patrolling show. Absolutely no drugs
or Weapons of any kind will permitted on site. Failure to comply will result in removal
from the show.
BOOTH RENTAL
all booth rentals must be paid in full one (1) week before the car show.

BOOTH WITH CARS
Your car must fit in to your completely inside of your booth no exceptions.
DISPLAYS
Displays that are of a disruptive, offensive or inappropriate will be removed from the
show by show Management
MUSIC
music can be played at a reasonable and respectable level.
Management reserves the right to turn volume down or off if music is not being
played at a reasonable level.
GIVEAWAYS
Giveaways should not be thrown into crowd. You must hand them out, or left on the
table
MODELS
Any models in your booth or with your car MUST be dressed appropriately. Absolutely
no lewd acts or nude models. Management reserves the right to shut down any
inappropriate behavior.
