CAR SHOW PARTICIPANTS
*Late arrivals, Placement will be on a first come, first served basis. You must arrive
with your car club or associates. No spots will be held. No exceptions. To get the
best spots arrive to the roll in early 5am-10am.
* Vehicle must be in excellent condition free of rust, dents and body damage.
Absolutely no unfinished or under construction vehicles will be aloud.
* Any vehicles that help set up equipment, booth, and displays MUST be moved 1
and a half hours(1 ½ ) before start of show
*Your classification sheet will be issued after you have registered. It will be used by
the judges when judging the cars, and will make it easy to find you car. Your
classification sheet must be clearly displayed on the driver-side window at all times
show hours. Or will not be judged.
*Cars must remain parked and are not aloud to move during show
*Must be present at Award Show. Award will only be given to the name on the
registration sheet.(no exceptions)
* Participants agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the judges
and
organizers of The Miami Auto Experience. Participant’s failure to comply with such
terms, rules and regulations will be asked to leave the show and no refund.
* Participants agree to accept, the final judgment and award of prizes of the judges.
